Riverfront House
Existing 1960’s home completely demolished down to basement foundation walls. Essentially new from the basement up, the new construction maintained the existing building footprint. Numerous site conditions including; fragile wetlands, view and trespass easements, limited access, and a dense suburban environment coupled with an ambitious program required significant planning, zoning and environmental analysis. Construction features include steel windows and doors, cement stucco on wood frame walls, slate roofing, and native stone masonry. Design services included comprehensive landscape design including creation of wetlands mitigation area.
