Seaside Cottage
Complete renovation of waterfront family home, originally built in the early 1900’s. Extensive planning services included creating a minor subdivision and obtaining multiple approvals and variances to allow for construction. Replacing existing wood post foundation with masonry cellar and crawl space without jacking house presented unique design and construction challenges.
